Nikolaj Oudman

As the Fundraising and Operational Manager and Deputy Lead for the Community of Learners (CoL) at the Center for International Relations and International Security (CIRIS), I focus on sustaining and scaling our global mission. I oversee donor relations and institutional operations, while helping guide the student and volunteer network that underpins CIRIS's work. Dedicated to team success, I regularly provide cross-functional support to colleagues across the organization and occasionally conduct literature reviews to support our research initiatives. Ultimately, I am driven to cultivate an inclusive, resource-rich space where emerging international relations professionals can thrive and contribute to meaningful global security dialogue.
