Neo-colonialism

Neo-colonialism is a term used to describe the continued economic, political, and cultural domination of former colonies by their former colonial powers or other developed countries. The term is often used to describe the ways in which developed countries continue to exercise control over developing countries, often through economic means such as trade policies and financial institutions, as well as cultural and political influence. Neo-colonialism can result in the exploitation of resources and labor, the perpetuation of poverty, and the promotion of unequal and unjust power dynamics in the international system.
